I have so many good things to say about Angela and her photography! First I have to talk about the serendipity of our final meeting. Angela and I lived in the same building in Northwest Portland for years without ever getting introduced! I moved down to the waterfront and work in St. Johns. When I was researching photographers for our ceremony I was hitting a wall, most studios had a minimum of time for shooting a wedding, usually at least 6 hours! Ours was going to be a very intimate shindig, 10-12 people including us and the judge, so we didn't need 6 hours of a photographer's time. I then had a stroke of brilliance and went into Blue Moon Camera to get a recommendation, and got in touch with Angela. What a perfect match! She is so easy to work with, flexible and understood intuitively the kind of pictures we were hoping for. We immediately got along like gangbusters, felt perfectly comfortable and at ease. And the results are perfect!

I am SO glad we hired Angela Holm as our wedding photographer! When we did our engagement photo session it was wonderful! She was extremely accommodating on the time and location (she let me pick a spot that was special to us). She pre-scouted the area so when we got there, she already had photo ideas in mind. And she incorporated the architecture of the area into the photos, which I love! She was super friendly, and made us feel totally at ease, which made for very natural photos! Overall it was a very special, memorable, and fun experience! I can't wait to see how our wedding photos turn out!

I’m so happy we had Angela with us to document our engagement and wedding! She is professional, creative, easygoing, and fun. She really knows how to direct a photo session and is not afraid to experiment to get memorable shots. Taking our engagement photos was a blast! Above and Beyond
Angela was fantastic to work with. We contacted Angela to photograph our beach wedding during the solar eclipse in August 2017. Angela went above and beyond traveling to the site from her home in Portland and spending two days with our wedding party. We got both beautiful wedding photos and also some once-in-a-lifetime eclipse romance photographs. Angela, is easy to work with, has a great social demeanor, and took a cadre of stunning photographs. After reviewing her photos we went a step further and had her make photo books for all members of our families. If you are in the NW and need a great photographer she should be high on your list!

Beautiful and Unique
We weren’t looking for a whole bunch of cookie-cutter, traditional wedding photos and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We had beautiful and artistic shots mixed in with wonderful portraits that blended together wonderfully.
